My approach to counseling is holistic, because I have found that engaging both your mind AND your body in therapy facilitates greater positive change. I use mind-body techniques including yoga therapy to help you learn to let go of the anxiety and get back to living the life you want.

These techniques are extremely useful in helping you to gain control of your anxiety. They are are very helpful with other issues with which I have a lot of experience: recovery from trauma, postpartum depression and other issues facing new mothers, body image, depression, and addiction.

I provide psychotherapy and counseling services, as well as yoga therapy,  for older children, adolescents and adults. I am also a registered yoga teacher.
